Our Policies
 

• Check in/out—Check in is from 3 to 7 p.m. Please make arrangements in advance for arrival after 7 pm. Check out is by 11 a.m.
   

• Occupancy—Guest rooms are double occupancy. Additional persons of any age in rooms are $30 per night.
   

• Reservation Deposits—A deposit equal to one nights stay is payable by cash or credit card (MasterCard, Visa and Discover) at the time of reservation.
   

• Special Events—A two-night minimum stay and deposit of the full amount is required for special event weekends such  as Miami University Football, Miami Parents Weekend, Graduation, etc.
   

• Cancellations—If your travel plans change, you must cancel your reservation by phone at 513 988-0777. We only accept cancellations by phone.

• Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival or 30 days for special event weekends* to receive a refund of deposit, less a $15 processing charge. Cancellations received after these periods will result in forfeiture of deposits (full amount for special event weekends) unless the reserved room is rebooked. *Special Event Weekends include Miami University Football, Graduation, Parents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day.
   

• Smoking—We are a no smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor space and not in the presence of the other guests.
   

• Breakfast Guests—may join you for breakfast at a nominal additional charge with prior notice. Please make us aware of special diet needs in advance of arrival.
   

• Children—We welcome well behaved children in the company of thoughtful parents (pending room availability).
   

• Pets—Sorry, no pets please. However, there is a resident doggie on sight.
   

• Rates—Do not include sales and room taxes and are subject to change without notice.
   

• Gift Certificates—A unique and thoughtful present, perfect for anniversary, birthday or holidays.
